REFUND POLICY

Thank you for being part of Mapping the Word Academy. We value transparency and want to ensure you clearly understand our refund and cancellation policies before subscribing.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made on Mapping the Word Academy, including monthly subscriptions, memberships, digital courses, and downloadable content, are non-refundable.
Once payment is processed, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Partial use of a subscription period

  • Forgotten or unused access

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of participation or engagement
     

2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing cycle

  • No refunds are issued for the current or past billing periods
     

3. NO PRORATED REFUNDS
We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused days in a billing period after cancellation.

4. DIGITAL CONTENT ACCESS
Due to the nature of digital content, all courses, videos, PDFs, downloads, and materials are considered delivered upon access.
For this reason:

  • All digital sales are final

  • Refunds cannot be provided once access is granted
     

5. EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED)
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error

  • Billing errors attributable to our system

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
It is the user’s responsibility to:

  • Manage their subscription

  • Cancel before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue

  • Ensure account information is accurate

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

7. POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
